Sbus inverter (digital signal inverter)

So since I’ve been dabbling with drones and remote controls lately, I came across a flight controller that just didnt want to “hear” the sbus input signal, after a little google-fu I found that this FC culdn’t invert the sbus signal internaly as some others do. So in order to get this working I used some of my elektronics-fu and soldered up a digital signal inverter.

Yes, there are digital chips that easily do this, but usually they have 2 or more inverter gates and then the size of the chip starts being a hassle, so the with the help of a npn transistor and a few resistors, the inverter was created, tested and now the Flight controller; Naze32, heard my remote signal and everything worked fine.

What’s been going on…

It has been a while since i’ve written something here, reason beeing work, family, and new interests. Earlier I have been writing about ham radio, arduino, electronics and some programming, as I’m writing this I’m currently exploring the world of drones, the remote controlled kind, with propellers… lol
